Using this site
LawConsumers gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this website (the “Site”) and the products and services provided hereon, provided that you comply fully with this Agreement. Under the Trade Practices Act and related state and territory fair trading laws you have inalienable rights and remedies available to you if you consider something you purchase from this site is not of the standard you expected given its price and the way it was described. These rights are in addition to and not limited by the information below about our cancellation, refunds & returns policy.
Refunds & returns
For products sold through “LawStore” you may return any damaged or unsuitable product within 30 days for a prompt refund of its purchase price. Shipping costs will be refunded if the problem is a result of our error. Refunds for credit card sales will be credited directly to the card number supplied. All other refunds will be made via cheque.
Kits ordered online will be dispatched via Australia Post within two working days if in stock. If the product you want isn’t in stock, you’ll be notified by email, giving you an expected shipping date. All prices include postage for delivery within Australia.
Changes to these terms and conditions
LawConsumers may modify these terms and conditions at any time without providing notice to you. Your continued use of the site after such a modification constitutes your acceptance of that modification. For this reason a link is provided to the terms and conditions at the bottom of every page — you should check them each time you visit, because you are bound by them if you use the site.
